Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning
A fresh, thorough cleaning before moving in or after moving out.
Standard Cleaning
Routine home cleaning for regularly maintained spaces. Includes dusting reachable surfaces, wiping counters and exterior appliance surfaces, cleaning sinks, toilets, tubs and showers, vacuuming, mopping, light tidying, and emptying small trash cans.
What's Not Included / Available as Add-Ons
Not included in standard cleaning unless requested in advance:

Payment: Payment is due upon completion of service. Cash, card/payment link, Zelle, Apple Pay, and Cash App are accepted. Deposits may be required for larger jobs or certain appointments.
Pet Safety: For safety, please secure pets that may interfere with cleaning or become anxious or aggressive around unfamiliar people. Please disclose any behavioral concerns before your appointment.

By booking or receiving cleaning services from Rest Easy Cleaning Co., you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Estimates & Pricing
Estimates are based on the information provided about the home, including size, condition, and requested services. Final pricing may change if the home requires significantly more time, labor, or supplies than originally described.
Scheduling & Cancellations
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice when cancelling or rescheduling. Last-minute cancellations or repeated rescheduling may require a non-refundable deposit before another appointment can be booked. Any required deposit amount will be communicated.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been agreed upon in advance. Rest Easy Cleaning Co. accepts cash, debit/credit card, secure payment link, Zelle, Apple Pay, and Cash App.
Deposits may be required for larger jobs or certain appointments. Any required deposit amount will be communicated before booking.
Additional services or add-ons requested during an appointment may increase the final total and must be paid with the remaining balance.
Home Access
Customers are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property. If access cannot be provided at the scheduled time, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.
Pets
Pets should be secured if they may interfere with cleaning or create a safety concern.
Personal Items & Clutter
Please secure valuables and pick up excessive clothing, toys, paperwork, or personal items when possible. Excessive clutter may limit the areas that can be cleaned or require additional time.
Service Limitations
Standard cleaning does not include carpet cleaning, basements, attics, wall washing, or full baseboard detailing unless specifically agreed upon in advance.
Heavy or Hazardous Conditions
Homes with excessive buildup, trash, grease, pet waste, bodily fluids, pests, mold concerns, or other unsafe conditions may require an adjusted estimate or may be declined for safety reasons.
Breakage & Damages
Rest Easy Cleaning Co. will use reasonable care while cleaning your home. Fragile, valuable, sentimental, or irreplaceable items should be secured before service. Any accidental damage noticed during service will be communicated as soon as possible.
Satisfaction Concerns
If you have a concern about an area that was cleaned, please contact Rest Easy Cleaning Co. as soon as possible so the concern can be reviewed and an appropriate solution can be discussed.

Right to Refuse Service
Rest Easy Cleaning Co. reserves the right to decline or discontinue service when conditions are unsafe, hazardous, abusive, or substantially different from what was described when the estimate was provided.

Rest Easy Cleaning Co. is committed to treating customers and their homes with care and respect. The same courtesy and respectful treatment is expected toward the cleaner.

Refund Policy
Rest Easy Cleaning Co. is committed to providing quality residential cleaning services.
Because cleaning services are performed at the scheduled appointment, completed services are generally non-refundable.
If you are dissatisfied with an area that was cleaned, please contact Rest Easy Cleaning Co. as soon as possible after your appointment. We will review the concern and, when appropriate, may offer a re-clean of the affected area.
Refunds will not normally be provided for:
Services that were completed as agreed
Areas that could not be cleaned due to clutter, lack of access, safety concerns, or customer-requested limitations
Additional work that was not included in the original agreed service
Changes in expectations that were not communicated before or during the appointment
Any approved refund or adjustment will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
