CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY

I understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

A $30 booking deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward the total cost of your cleaning service.

If you cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice, your deposit may be transferred to your rescheduled appointment.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment or no-shows will result in the loss of the $30 deposit. A new $30 deposit will be required to book another appointment.

If Rest Easy Cleaning Co. needs to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will be contacted as soon as possible and your deposit will remain fully credited toward your service.
